Overnight stay. - We have stayed at the Mercure Albury over 20 times. A few years ago the hotels standard slipped & there was a lot of complaints about the hotel but I... read more feel now things are back to normal. On check in we were informed by Renee that unfortunately we couldn’t be upgraded although we were Accor platinum members. We were more than happy with the room we received.
Breakfast was excellent & cooked to order. As usual all staff we met were very friendly especially Renee in reception apologised.
Will definitely return.

On this trip, for the first time ever, we had a glass of wine at Happy Hour (4.30 to 5.30pm) and then dinner in the restaurant. Both were excellent! Couldn't fault our stay!

It will be nice when they are all renovated .

The evening meal we had in the dinning room was the best we have had here. Fresh,flavoursome and just the right amount of food.
Rooms are clean and the beds very comfy.
We will be back.
